Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions of use of the PNE.md website are implicitly accepted by visitors, with all the consequences resulting from their acceptance.

This agreement is binding and governs the relations between the Partnership for the New Economy (PNE), the organization that exclusively owns the PNE.md site and contributes content for its pages, on the one hand, and the users of that website, on the other. The user means any individual who accesses the content of the site and benefits from any services provided through it.

TERM

This agreement is valid for the Parties for the entire duration of the use of the content and services provided.

Property rights

  • The content published on the site – texts, images and video or audio recordings – is protected by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and international treaties/conventions regarding copyright and related rights.
  • Those rights do not apply to content taken from other sources, which are expressly indicated. Rudeana is only responsible for its own content and disclaims responsibility for materials signed by authors who are not employees or affiliates of Rudeana.

    Usage rights

    • Access to the content published on PNE.md is free. The user is delegated rights to use the original content for the purpose of own information and distribution of active links to the content page via social networks, email or other means; to take other actions permitted by applicable copyright and related laws.
    • The content may be reproduced, copied, multiplied, or distributed without the prior written consent of PNE, provided the reference to PNE/authors is indicated.

      Conflict resolution

      Conflicts related to the use of content by users are to be resolved amicably or in accordance with the procedures established by the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova and EU practices.

      Other conditions

      • Use of the site is at your own risk. PNE disclaims responsibility for the security of the given site or the quality of interaction with users. Likewise, PNE cannot guarantee that the information accessed is able to satisfy some or all of the users' needs or to protect them against possible viruses or malicious programs when accessing the site from their own or foreign computers.
      • Any complaints or suggestions regarding the content or functionality of the site should be directed to PNE, by e-mail.  
      • PNE assumes responsibility for any grammatical, syntactic or lexical errors found on the site and will take measures to eliminate them as soon as possible. 
      • PNE is an independent publisher and is not obliged to publish materials that do not correspond to the values and themes assumed by the organization. 
      • PNE does not allow the use of licentious, slanderous, discriminatory and sexist language and content on the PNE.md site. 
      • PNE reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the site at any time, as well as the right to change the structure, design and mission of this site, without notice.
