What information is collected
The PNE.md website collects a limited amount of information from users, basically statistical data, which are automatically captured by the server and analytical platforms – including Google: IP address, browser type, location, device, internet network, etc. This data serves to remember your browsing preferences on the site, to improve the services and to ensure the proper functioning of the site.
PNE.md does not collect personal data while accessing the information and does not have the option of registering a personal profile / user account on the site. Name and surname or alias, telephone number, email address and other personal data reach us only in the case of direct communication between users and PNE or persons affiliated with us. This data is kept only for communication purposes and can be deleted at any time at the request of users, thus all personal information is completely removed and cannot be recovered.
In accordance with the legislation in force, the information collected is encrypted, secured and stored on a server accessible only to PNE, which assumes responsibility for keeping the data safe.
Partnership for the New Economy, which owns the PNE.md site, does not disclose, under any circumstances, personal data to other parties - unless compelled by the competent authorities and only within the limits of the law.
To protect your data, access to the site is done through a secure HTTPS connection that uses the SSL protocol to encrypt the data exchanged between your browser and our site, which increases the level of security when processing information.

Cookies
PNE.md uses cookie technologies that allow storing information and/or obtaining access to the information stored in the user's device to allow the site to function, to provide functionality related to social networks and to analyze traffic.
We use two types of cookies: per session and fixed. Those per session are temporary files that remain in the users' terminal until the end of the session or the closing of the web browser. The fixed ones remain on the user's terminal for a period defined by the Cookie parameters or until they are manually deleted by the user.
